Each participant must submit a Medical Information Release and Waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to participation. A form will be sent with your confirmation email. For camp participants paying upon arrival, please obtain a form online and bring it with you or bring your insurance information with you to registration. All participants must have individual medical coverage to participate.

In the event of bad weather, safety of campers and camp staff will be out first priority. If necessary, we will use Chaifetz Arena. If we are unable to continue, we will cancel our session. We are unable to offer refunds or makeup dates due to weather cancellations.

Refunds, minus a $40 administrative fee will be given until two weeks prior to the start date of camp. Within two weeks of camp, refunds will only be given for medical reasons and verification from a physician will be required. No refund will be given after the start of camp.

Campers are expected to be dropped off and picked up no later than 20 minutes before and after camp. You may contact staff prior to camp for special arrangements concerning additional supervision.
